Integrity
Our policy is to live up to the standards of integrity that made this
country great. It's reflected in how we treat our customers, how we
build our products, how we work with suppliers, employees, and contractors,
and how we make our profits. Our standard of conduct is not what we can
get away with, but what we can be proud of, and what would make this
country great again if it became the new norm. We simply refuse to stoop
to anything less even if it means someone with lower standards can
take advantage. And it's not always easy. But if it was, anyone could
do it.
It means we can't always sell you something you might want, like a set of
boards with team names or logos. We don't have licensing agreements with the
NFL, MLB, NBA, or NCAA, which are only available to companies
that have been established for several years with very substantial sales
and audited financials, and of course a clean history, something we hope
to be the first to achieve in our game in Arizona. For now, we're committed
to succeeding and doing all we can for our customers within the
rules.

You can be confident when buying from us, that your hard-earned money
is going into the products you will be proud to own and toward
new and better ones in the future.
Privacy
We respect our customers' privacy and handle all
customer information with great care. We do not share your
information with other companies without your permission, or use it
ourselves beyond the reasonable support of the products or services you
have purchased from us.
You can be sure that any additional spam or telemarketing DID NOT
originate from the information you shared with us!

We are dedicated to providing the best support possible to our
customers. Please send questions and comments to

Delivery
We will ship your order as soon as we can. In most cases this is
very quickly, however, there will occasionally be times when high demand
results in minor delays. If the delay is more than a
few days we'll contact you. If you have questions concerning when your
order will arrive, please contact us by e-mail for more information.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship products only within the USA. If you'd like to
order a product shipped outside the country, please contact us to
make special arrangements.
Logos and Custom Designs
We will add a custom design or logo to your boards for an
additional fee. Boards and tally towers can be custom-designed for your
business, club, league, or tournament, or imprinted with a sponsor's
logo or design. We can work from artwork you submit or we can enlist
our design staff to assist you. However, please note that trademarked
logos, or any design resembling a trademarked logo, requires the
authorization of the trademark owner in accordance with federal law.
Flatiron Cornhole is not licensed by the NFL, NCAA, MLB, NHL, NBA or the
member teams to sell merchandise depicting their team names or logos.
Doing so without authorization is trademark infringement, which in
addition to being a violation of federal law would
forever jeopardize out ability to obtain licensing in the future.
It's not simply a matter of paying a small fee for the privilege.
Merchandise licensing is big business and fees can run hundreds of thousands
of dollars. More importantly, licenses are only granted to companies
with a history of compliance with the laws and who can show minimum sales
that are not yet realistic in this business. We hope that as we grow
we can obtain licensing and sell you products that celebrate your
favorite team.
You can support your team by purchasing equipment in team colors.
We also sell unfinished boards that you may decorate how you like.
It's not a crime to add a team name or logo to your own
equipment as long as you do not sell it.
Payment and Transaction Currency
All prices and payments are in US dollars unless explicitly declared
otherwise.
Sales Tax
We pay the appropriate sales tax on all sales including cash sales.
For larger items and most web site sales we add the tax to the
transaction price and pass it on to the buyer like any other
business. But for smaller in-person sales, especially bags
sales, we include the sales tax in the cash
price so we don't burden the buyer with a different buying
experience than they get with competitors.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
We will exchange or replace any products or parts that are defective
in material or workmanship at our discretion. We stand behind the quality
of our products and want you to have the best experience possible with them.

For a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the
entire purchase price less shipping and handling fees,
for any product
returned in sellable (unused) condition.
For products that included free shipping, the actual cost of shipping
will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
If for some reason you are
dissatisfied with a used product within 90 days of the time of purchase,
please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the situation to your
satisfaction.
